The North Carolina legislature and the North Carolina Bar recently passed a statute that considers the sale of interactive legal software to be the "practice of law." Rather than comply with the statute, which we consider to be an unconstitutional statute and a restraint of trade,our company has chosen to restrict the sale of our products in the State of North Carolina.
